Lighthouse Haven Rental Agreement.
It is understood that your payment in full is your commitment to adhere to the following terms.
Deposit:Your reservation / security deposit will not be credited toward the rent. This amount held as security deposit is for any damage to the property or should any extra ordinary cleaning be required after your stay. If there is any extra ordinary cleaning, damage or breakage to the property or its contents, these charges will be deducted from your security deposit and the balance forwarded to you. Your security deposit will be refunded to you after 30 days of your departure if there is no damage to the property. The security deposit is $ 500.00.
Rent:To reserve Lighthouse Haven, a reservation / security deposit should be paid by credit card or a check. The entire amount is due 21 days prior to your date of arrival. If the reservation is made within 21 days of your arrival, the payment should be made by credit card only.
Keys:Lighthouse Haven will arrange a time and place for the key pick-up. There will be a $ 50.00 charge for any lost key.
Pet and smoking policy:Lighthouse Haven is a non- smoking, no pet unit. If we find that you have been smoking or have had an unauthorized pet in the unit for any of the rental period, you will be charged an additional $ 200.00 cleaning fees.
Furnishings and personal property: Please do not re-arrange any furniture, artwork or other items in the house. We are not responsible for any article that you may leave behind. If any item is left behind we will do our best to locate the same and return it to you C.O.D.
Refunds and Cancellation policy: We will not be able to offer refunds because of weather. Cancellations may be given up to 2 weeks in advance of rental date, with a service fee of $ 50.00
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the rental, your deposit will not be returned. You will have an option of rebooking at a later date and not losing your deposit. Rebooking must be made within 6 months and used within that time.
We reserve the right to terminate tenants without any refunds of security deposit or rent should it be determined that the rental agreement has not been complied with.
Occupancy:Maximum 6 people.
We do not rent to minors.
